Through its affiliate, Olymel, La Coop’s network is present from one end of the processing chain to the other. Nearly 10 000 employees work every day so that consumers can enjoy high quality pork and poultry meat products. To this effect, all Olymel plants are HACCP certified.

Through its Olymel subsidiary, La Coop fédérée is the leader in the pork and poultry production, processing and distribution sectors in Canada. Olymel products can be enjoyed on every continent. In the pork sector, nearly 50% of sales are to foreign markets. Indeed, the enterprise exports nearly one third of its production, especially to the United States, Japan and Australia, as well as to 60 other countries. 

Every year, more than 100 million chickens, 4 million turkeys, and 6 million pork are processed by Olymel plants.
